NEW MOON RITUAL - YIN SERIES

May 7TH

This ritual circle gathers every New Moon night for a 75-minute Yin practice, opening your body and allowing your mind to focus on intention-setting and journaling through guided self-reflection. Monthly themes will be explored through a nature-based lens, working with the elements, seasons, and more. Tea will be available afterwards to gather and learn with your community. Bring a mat, journal and pen to each session.

MONDAYS 5:30-6:30PM

at GUIDING TREE YOGA STUDIO

Sync up with the cycles of the moon. Each weekly practice reflects the current lunar phase: new moon (reflective yin/stretch), waxing moon (hatha/slow flow), full moon (vinyasa), and waning moon (gentle/restorative). Classes incorporate breathwork, meditation, asana and journaling. Bring a journal and pen.
